Guatemala- El Boqueron- Santa Rosa

This natural coffee is a surprising mix of fruity and sweet flavors. The combination is surprising because usually these flavors are separate and as a roaster you try to highlight the individual flavor. As this coffee has both sides of the spectrum we have been using a medium roast to meld both sides into a beautiful harmony. This coffee is fun to taste as each sip gives you a different flavor. I am excited to introduce this coffee into the family.
