Costa Rica - Community Coffees - San Antonio

This coffee is found in the Tarrazu region which is known to produce best coffee in Costa Rica. Our coffee is from CoopeTarrazú, and the communities themselves represent collection centers in and around León Cortés in Tarrazú, where producers from nearby towns will deliver their coffee in cherry for grading, sorting, and processing. CoopeTarrazú does all of its drying in mechanical driers, after depulping and fermenting the coffee dry before washing.
